PBBG Guild Hub
Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-24.2. Whenever these terms change, you will be asked to accept the new version before you can continue to use the Hub.
1. About the Hub
The PBBG Guild Hub (“the Hub”) is an independent companion website for players and guilds of the game Manarion. It is not made, operated or endorsed by Manarion or its developers. The Hub reads game information and uses it to produce plans, prices and records.
2. Your account
- Each account is for one person only. You must keep your password, Website access key and Auto Sync collector key private. You are responsible for any use that is made of them.
- An email address is required. You must provide your own email address when you create an account. If your account was created before email addresses were required, you must add one before you can continue. The Hub uses this address to send you sign-in codes, password-reset codes and security notices, and any other notices you choose to receive by email on the Account tab. Only you and the site owner can see it.
- Security notices are sent when someone enters your correct password or access key followed by a wrong authenticator code, when your password is changed or reset, when the authenticator app is removed from your account, when a Discord account is linked to or unlinked from yours, and when a change of email address is requested. The notice of an email change is sent to your current address.
- When you sign in from a connection that your account has not used before (a different public internet address), the Hub emails you a one-time code, which you must enter to complete the sign-in. If your connection changes while you are signed in, you will be signed out and must sign in again.
- You may turn two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app on or off at any time. Resetting a forgotten password does not turn it off, and does not remove the emailed code required for a new connection.
- You must enter your current password to change your password or email address. An account that signs in with a Website access key enters that key instead.
- The site owner may lock any account at any time to protect users, for example if the account appears to be compromised or is being misused. A locked account cannot sign in or send data until the site owner unlocks it.
- Every restart of the Hub signs out all users. This is deliberate: it is one of the ways in which a stolen session is ended.
3. Information the Hub collects
- Account information: your account name; your password, stored only as a salted one-way hash so that it cannot be read back; your email address; your two-factor setting, with its secret stored encrypted; the version of these terms that you accepted, and when you accepted it; which of the Hub’s games you said you play, are interested in, or are not; a record of your sign-ins and security changes, which you can view on the Account tab; and the connections you have confirmed, stored as irreversible fingerprints rather than as addresses and deleted after 90 days without use.
- Internet addresses: your public internet address is used while you are connected, to recognise new connections and to limit repeated attempts. It is not stored or logged; only the fingerprint described above is kept.
- Email delivery: emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery service, which receives your address and each message only in order to deliver it. The Hub sends only codes, security notices and the notices you choose to receive. It never sends marketing.
- Discord, only if you link it: your Discord account’s identifier and name. Linking lets you sign in with Discord (a new connection still needs the emailed code) and receive the notices you choose as direct messages from the Hub’s Discord bot. Discord receives each such message in order to deliver it. You can unlink it on the Account tab at any time, which deletes both.
- The Hub’s Discord server, if you join it: what is written in the server’s channels that the Hub’s bot can read is kept as a transcript: who wrote what and when, and attachments by name and address only. It is kept whether or not you link Discord here, and unlinking does not remove it. The bot reads no direct messages and no channel it is not given. The site owner reads the transcripts; nobody else does, with one exception: what you post in the server’s #suggestions and #bug-reports channels is filed on the Hub under your Discord name, a suggestion where every signed-in player sees it and a bug report where the site owner does, as if you had typed it here.
- Data from Auto Sync, only if you install it: the game state of the characters you have linked, such as balances, boosts, inventory, progression and fight results, read from the game pages you open. While you have the game’s Activity Log open, also its lines, each with its time: what you sent and received, bought and sold, built, and the levels you reached. Whispers in it, your private messages with other players, are never sent or kept, except with the other player of a Crosstrade trade you agreed, while it is open (section 6). From the game’s News page and its information pages (such as Research, the Farm and its potions, the Tower, Gems and Pets), what they say, which the Hub keeps only when it shows something the Hub has not seen, to keep up with changes to the game; from a page it does not know, only its address. Never chat, whispers, or your inventory, trading, guild or activity pages. Auto Sync stops sending data as soon as it is uninstalled or disabled.
- Public game information: player profiles, leaderboards, market prices and guild lists from Manarion’s public, read-only API, and the public rankings from Lyrania’s read-only API.
- Guild information, only if a member of your guild (normally the guild leader, who can see the key in the game) saves your guild’s API key on the Hub. The key is stored encrypted, is used only by the server, and is never shown to anyone.
- Lyrania, only if you link a character: the character’s API key, which you copy from Settings, Misc in Lyrania. It is stored encrypted, used only by the server to read that character’s own profile from Lyrania’s official, read-only API, and never shown to anyone, you included. The Hub reads the profile every minute: level, area, totals, money, jade, gems, tokens, stats, tradeskills, boosts, equipment, jewels and guild donations. Unlinking the character deletes its key and stops the reading; readings already taken are kept, as section 8 describes. If you give your key to the site owner instead, with your agreement the Hub holds it the same way on no Hub account: the character is read every minute and shown to the same people as a linked one (section 4), and linking it yourself replaces the held key, which is then not used again.
- Lyrania Sync and the Lyrania Data Collector, only if you install them: two Tampermonkey scripts that read the Lyrania page you have open and send what they read to the Hub with your collector key, for a character you linked. Lyrania Sync sends, once a minute while the page is open, each fight it sees on the page (the enemy, the result, rounds, both health figures, damage, hits and what it paid), today’s kills, fights left and the server time, and from chat only the lines recording a wire you sent or received, kept as its direction, its time, the other player’s name and the amount. No other chat line is kept or sent. The Data Collector sends the same, with only the fight on screen, when you choose to, with an open jewel card’s name, reroll costs and times insured, and an outline of how the page is built (element names, never text). Neither sends anything to Lyrania, clicks or types there, or reads your cookies or password. Lyrania’s rules forbid scripting, so you use them at your own risk. They stop as soon as they are uninstalled or disabled.
- Crosstrade names: when you post an offer or ask to buy, the name you will receive items as in that game. For Manarion it is one of your linked characters.
- Access records: each time your data is read, a record is made, which you can view under “Who has accessed your data” on the Data connection tab.
4. Who can see your information
- You can see your own data.
- Members of your guild can see one another’s data only while your guild’s API key is saved and verified. Without it, no member of your guild can see another member’s data.
- The site owner, and members of the site owner’s guild, can see the data contributed by every guild.
- A Lyrania character on the Hub, linked by you or held from a key you gave the site owner, is shown to you, to the site owner, and to the other members of its Lyrania guild only while that guild’s Lyrania API key is saved and verified on the Hub. Members of a Lyrania guild the site owner has claimed can see it too. No one else can see it. The wires Lyrania Sync reads are shown only to you and the site owner.
- When a Crosstrade trade is agreed, the name you gave to receive items is shown to the other player in that trade, so that they know where to send them, to the site owner, and to the Crosstrade moderators the site owner appoints (section 6). It is not shown to anyone else.
- No one else can see your data.
- Public game information, such as leaderboards, remains public.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or test the security of the Hub without the site owner’s written permission;
- overload, scrape or attack the Hub, or send it data that did not come from your own game;
- impersonate another player, or link a character that is not yours;
- scam another player, for example by taking payment in a Crosstrade deal and not delivering your side of it (section 6); or
- use the Hub to break Manarion’s rules. The Hub only reads game information. It never plays the game on your behalf, and you must not attempt to make it do so.
6. Crosstrade
Crosstrade lets players post offers to exchange items between the games that Crosstrade lists at a stated rate, buy part or all of an offer, and record what they agreed. Buying all that is left of an offer agrees the trade at once; asking for part of it sends a request that the seller accepts or rejects.
- The Hub only records offers, requests and messages. It has no access to any of those games. It does not hold, transfer, escrow or guarantee anything, and it cannot confirm that either side has delivered.
- The Hub and its owner are not responsible for any goods, currency or items lost in a trade arranged through Crosstrade, whatever the cause. You decide whom to trust and who delivers first.
- Scamming is prohibited. A player found to have scammed another player will be banned from Crosstrade by the site owner or a moderator, may have their account banned (locked) by the site owner, and may be refused a new one. Use an offer’s Report button to report a scam; reports go to the site owner and the moderators, who can withdraw the offer. The person you report is not told who reported them.
- Moderators. The site owner may appoint players as Crosstrade moderators. A moderator can see both receiving names on every trade, read reports and disputes and who sent them, settle a dispute, withdraw an offer, and ban a player from Crosstrade. A player banned from Crosstrade cannot post, ask, message or report there, and their open offers are withdrawn; they can still finish trades they already agreed. Moderators must keep what they see to themselves and use it only to check trades and deal with scams. A moderator who links Discord is given the Moderator role in the Hub’s Discord server, which shows a private staff channel where the Hub posts disputes, reports and its own alerts.
- The Hub’s Discord server. Each new offer is also posted in the server’s Crosstrade channel, which its members can read: what is offered, at what rate, and the seller’s Hub name, never a receiving name.
- Names and balances the Hub reads. In a game whose data the Hub reads, the name you receive as is one of your own characters there: in Manarion one that Auto Sync has synced, in Lyrania one you linked with its API key. Before you offer or pay Mana Dust, Platinum or Jade, the Hub checks that your latest reading of that balance, less what you have already promised in Crosstrade, covers it. If a buyer asks for all that is left of your offer and your reading no longer covers it, the buyer is told that, never your balance.
- Once a trade is agreed, each player is shown the other’s receiving name, and each confirms when their side arrives. For a Manarion or Lyrania transfer, the Hub may also recognise its arrival from what it already reads: in Manarion, the balances and Activity Log lines Auto Sync reads; in Lyrania, the receiver’s linked character’s balance or, where the receiver runs Lyrania Sync, the wire their own chat showed arriving. A transfer only the sender’s own log or chat showed never counts as arrived on its own. The Hub reads nothing new to do so, and the other player is told only that it arrived and when.
- Whispers during a trade. While a trade you agreed is open, the whispers in the game’s Activity Log between your Manarion character and the other player’s receiving name there are kept with the trade as evidence, if Auto Sync reads that page. The site owner and the moderators may read them to settle a dispute. No other whisper is sent or kept.
- A trade is pending until both sides have arrived. If it is still pending a week after it was agreed, the site owner is notified and may contact either player or step in. Either player may dispute an agreed trade; a dispute stays open until the site owner or a moderator settles it.
- An offer is listed for one week. It is then deleted, with its requests and messages, unless a trade agreed on it is still pending, in which case it is kept until that trade is complete or resolved.
7. No guarantee of advice
Plans, enemy recommendations, prices and payback times are estimates based on the data available. They may be wrong, and following them may still result in lost fights or resources. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
8. Retention and removal of data
Records are kept so that the Hub can calculate its measurements. To request the removal of your account or data, contact the site owner through the Bugs tab, which only you and the site owner can see. Removing an account ends its access; data that has already been combined into measurements may remain part of them.
9. Changes to these terms, and contact
These terms may change. Each version is dated, and you will be asked to accept each new version. Questions may be sent to the site owner through the Bugs tab, which is private, or the Suggestions tab, which every signed-in player can read.
